CRCICA was represented by Ms. Rabab Yasseen, Vice Chair of CRCICA’s Advisory Committee, at the 46th session of UNCITRAL’s WG III held in Vienna during 9 – 13 October 2023 in a hybrid format. The discussions mainly focused on: a) draft provisions on the establishment of an advisory centre on international investment law; b) draft provisions on procedural and cross-cutting issues; and c) damages.
