Africa Construction Law Features CRCICA’s Director
The Africa Construction Law (ACL) website published an article authored by Dr. Ismail Selim, CRCICA’s Director. The article was titled: Using CRCICA in Construction Contracts: CRCICA Arbitration and Innovative Dispute Resolution Mechanism Safe from the Egyptian ‘Supreme Constitutional Court Law’ Amendments. The article focused on recommending the use of Dispute Boards as an alternate way to prevent and resolve disputes, and shed light on the recent amendments in the Egyptian law and the privileges of resolving disputes under the auspices of CRCICA.
