African Days of Arbitration and Mediation Conference

CRCICA was represented by Dr. Selim, Director, at the “African Days of Arbitration and Mediation Conference on: The settlement of commercial and investment disputes through arbitration and mediation within the framework of OHADA and ZLECAF” held during 27-28 July 2023, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The Conference was organized by Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with ERSUMA, APAA and NICArb. Dr. Selim spoke at the seventh session of the event, highlighted the CRCICA’s background, services, and activities.
