AI in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (Part II)

The Egyptian Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) was delighted to have hosted a highly insightful seminar in collaboration with the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), which serves as the branch’s headquarters. The event, titled “Artificial Intelligence in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (Part II),” took place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Modern technology and artificial intelligence have become indispensable tools for enhancing and streamlining legal and arbitral processes. These technologies offered immense potential to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of international commercial arbitration.

During the lecture, speakers delved into the current applications of artificial intelligence technology within the field of arbitration, while also casting a forward-looking gaze at the anticipated developments and expanded uses in the coming decades. Attendees gained valuable insights into how AI is transforming dispute resolution.
