14 February 2026 – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) participated in the conference entitled “Arbitration in Investment Contracts: Applications in International Construction Contracts and Oil & Gas Agreements”, organized by Cairo University under the patronage of the Prime Minister and the supervision of the President of Cairo University, through the participation of its Director, Dr. Dalia Hussein.
Dr. Dalia Hussein took part in a conference session chaired by Professor Hassan Gomaa, alongside distinguished speakers including H.E. Sheikh Thani bin Ali Al Thani, President of the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration; Professor Hamed Hassan Mira, CEO of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration; and Mr. Ahmed Hussein, Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution.
During the session, Dr. Hussein highlighted CRCICA’s extensive experience in administering and resolving disputes arising from investment contracts, particularly in the fields of international construction as well as oil and gas agreements, reaffirming the Centre’s leading role in supporting arbitration practice and strengthening the investment climate at both regional and international levels.
