On 20 August, CRCICA Director Dr. Ismail Selim visited the Institute for Diplomatic Studies – Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He discussed arbitration and ADR solutions, emphasizing CRCICA’s regional importance. Dr. Selim highlighted CRCICA’s role in resolving business disputes in the Arab world and addressed challenges and opportunities for establishing a mature regional arbitration center.
Selim’s presentation covered CRCICA’s history, neutrality, caseload, experience, facilities, international recognition, cooperation agreements, new arbitration rules, publication of awards, and training initiatives. He emphasized CRCICA’s commitment to providing efficient and impartial dispute resolution services.
