CRCICA Welcomes Delegation from CIMAR Rabat

Cairo, Egypt – 11 May 2025

The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) had the pleasure of receiving a distinguished delegation from the International Center for Arbitration and Mediation of Rabat (CIMAR). The delegation, led by Mr. Al Arbi Ait Slemane, Secretary General, and Ms. Sabah Housni, Treasurer, was welcomed by Dr. Ismail Selim, Director of CRCICA, for a productive and forward-looking meeting.

At the heart of the discussions was the renewal of the longstanding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CRCICA and CIMAR, reaffirming the institutions’ mutual commitment to deepening institutional cooperation and promoting international arbitration across the region.

The visit also served as an opportunity to explore new avenues for collaboration, including the exchange of expertise and the joint promotion of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms across the African and Arab regions.
