CRCICA Welcomes OHADA Delegation to Explore Future Collaboration

Cairo, 29 May 2025 – The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) was honored to host a distinguished delegation from the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA). The esteemed OHADA delegation included Mamadou Kone, Secretary General of the CCJA Arbitration Center, and Theophile Hiom ,Senior Counsel.

The meeting underscored a shared commitment to advancing international cooperation in dispute resolution and investment protection. The delegation received a presentation on CRCICA’s services and toured its facilities. Discussions focused on a potential Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen legal frameworks and promote best practices.

This engagement aimed to establish substantive collaboration and knowledge sharing in arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. The visit highlights CRCICA’s ongoing dedication to fostering international dialogue and building bridges to enhance global dispute resolution.
