Dialoguing with AmCham Members 16 January 2018

On 16 January 2018, Dr. Selim was the guest speaker of an AmCham Egypt Seminar on: “Guidelines for Drafting and Negotiating Arbitration Agreements”.The session was moderated by Mr. Mohamed Sirry, Co-Chair of  the AmCham legal Affairs Committee and Mr. Girgis Abdel Shahid, Board Member of the AmCham. The presentation addressed problems arising from arbitration clauses including non-defective ones and presented best practices to avoid them.  Attendees were members of law firms, banks, telecommunication and insurance companies.  Interactive discussions followed the lecture.
