Dr. Dalia Hussein, CRCICA Deputy Director, participated in Young MENA Groups conference held on 14 November 2017, during the Dubai arbitration week. The Panel was titled “Should repeat appointments call into question an arbitrator’s independence?”. The panelists discussed the views of the proponents and opponents to repeat appointments in light of the developments of the arbitrator profession and the need to develop diversity.
