On 4 December 2023, the Society of Comparative Legislation (Société de Legislation Comparée – Arbitrage et ADR) (CLE) hosted and organized jointly with the CRCICA the joint event and screening of CRCICA’s Documentary “Between North & South” exclusively with French subtitles. Dr. Ismail Selim introduced CRCICA’s new Arbitration Rules 2024, in French for the first time, to enter into force in January 2024.
The event was attended by renowned participants including Mr. Beatrice Castellane, Chair of the Arbitration ADR Section of the Society, Former board member of the Order of Lawyer of Paris and International Arbitrator, and Mr. Emmanuelle Butaud-Stubbs, General Delegate of ICC and Mr. Armand Terrier, Lawyer at the Bars of Paris and New-York
