Getting the Deal Through Arbitration 2012

An article about CRCICA was published in the fully revised and updated seventh edition of Getting the Deal Through Arbitration 2012, which provides international analysis in key areas of law and policy for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and business people. In the format adopted throughout this series of annual special reports, the same key questions are answered by leading practitioners in each of the 57 jurisdictions featured. New jurisdictions in the year 2012 include Angola, Belgium, Croatia, Ecuador, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Mozambique and Vietnam.
