International Dispute Settlement: Lessons Learned, 19 December 2017

On 19 December 2017, Dr. Yassin El-Ayouty delivered a lecture titled “International Dispute Settlement: Lessons Learned”.  Dr. El-Ayouty is the Founder and President of SUNSGLOW-Global Training in the Rule of Law. The lecture emphasized the increasing importance of arbitration vis-à-vis litigation. Some particular cases were approached. Interactive discussions followed the lecture.
