As a part of its role to promote Mediation, as an alternative dispute resolution method, and with the objective of enhancing the mediator skills, CRCICA held successfully in March 2022, the Mediator Skills Training program, was attended by 16 participant who attended 45 hours of practical and theoretical training, in order to obtain the certificate of “Accredited Mediator”.
This training was designed according to the latest international methods that adopt a learning-by-experimentation approach and included several methods, such as presentation, brainstorming, exercises, aids, practical applications, role-playing, and simulating the role of mediator.
