On 28 July 2022, CRCICA’s Advisory Committee Meeting was held virtually and in person at CRCICA’s premises. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Philippe Leboulanger. The AC members approved the agenda and the minutes of the latest AC meeting held on 22 November 2021. Members discussed the agenda items including a request not to proceed submitted pursuant to Article 6 of the CRCICA’s Arbitration Rules.
