CRCICA jointly with the Rising Arbitrators Initiative (RAI) organized the hybrid “Pitfalls of the First Appointments” event on 26 October 2023. Zulficar & Partners Law Firm sponsored the event speakers’ dinner.
The keynote speakers were Paula Hodges, KC, and Prof Loukas Mistelis FCIArb, along with eight other speakers (4 in each panel), including Dr. Ismail Selim, Ms. Natasha Shirazi, Ms. Sally Kotb, Mr. Sami Tannous, Mr. Youssef Al Saman and others.
Insights and experience on the first arbitrator appointments were presented by the keynote speakers and were followed by two panels constituted of speakers from private practice, in-house counsel, institutional, and academic backgrounds.
