On 23 May 2023, the CRCICA Advisory Committee’s quarterly meeting was held in person and virtually via Zoom. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Salah Abdel Wahab, Vice-Chair of the AC (Egypt), Ms. Rabab Yasseen, Vice-Chair of the AC (Switzerland – Iraq), Dr. Mohamed Abdel Raouf (Egypt), Mr. Lijun CAO (China), Eng. Aisha Nadar (Sweden-Egypt), Prof. Nassib G. Ziade (Bahrain – Lebanon), Ms. Samaa Haridi (USA-Egypt), and Mr. Dany El Khaiat (France – Lebanon). On behalf of the CRCICA, Dr. Ismail Selim, Director, attended the meeting.
The Advisory Committee members approved the agenda of the meeting and approved the Minutes of the last AC Meeting held on 28 February 2023. Discussions focused on the members’ feedback on the new CRCICA’s Arbitration Rules and its advantages as compared to the CRCICA Arbitration Rules 2011.
