The ARBITRAL PROCEDURES COURSE : Third Module in CRCICA’s Annual Arbitration Training Program, Cairo – Egypt

The Third Module of the Annual Arbitration Training Program “The Arbitral Procedures Course”, took place on 4 – 6 November 2012. The agenda tackled, inter alia, the rules applicable to the procedures, evidences and the examination of witnesses, interim measures…etc. Attendees were a mixture of lawyers, engineers and governmental officials from Egypt, Sudan, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Ethiopia.
