The Wednesday One Seminar Tradition was revived on 5 December 2012, by an interesting talk on “The Determination of the Law Applicable to the Merits of the Dispute: The Arbitral and Judicial Case Law.” The speech was delivered by Dr. Hesham Sadek, Professor of Private International Law, Faculty of Law, Alexandria University and Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
