The third quarterly meeting of CRCICA Advisory Committee was held at CRCICA on 15 September 2015. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Kosheri and was attended by: Prof. Dr. Hamza Haddad; Prof. Dr. Fathi Waly; Prof. Dr. Hossam Issa; Judge Dr. Adel Koura; Judge Dr. Borhan Amrallah; Prof. Dr. Mohamed S. Abdel Wahab and CRCICA Director. The attendees discussed inter alia the res judicata effect of the decisions issued by the tripartite ad hoc committees composed by the Centre from among the AC members to rule on applications for challenge or removal of arbitrators.
