Two Rounds of the Training Course on Comparative Commercial Arbitration: Theory and Practice (CCATP).

CRCICA organized jointly with the Ciarb Egypt Branch the eighth and ninth rounds of the Training Course on Comparative Commercial Arbitration: Theory and Practice (CCATP) between 23 – 30 November 2023 and 6-13 December 2023 respectively.  The two courses were held successively by the CRCICA, as an accredited Recognized Course Provider (RCP), due to the high demand on the course.  The CCATP course is equivalent to the Ciarb Module (I) on international arbitration, qualifying successful candidates for the membership of the Ciarb.  The December course was the third CCATP course held in 2023; the first was held between 30 April – 6 May 2023.

It also included comparative state court decisions from the most pertinent jurisdictions, and a large number of analytical articles by renowned scholars and expert commentaries. 130 Participants attended the three courses were mostly lawyers, civil and construction engineers and academics from Egypt, Kuwait, and Lebanon.
