Webinar: “ Time-bar Provisions in International Construction Contracts”

28 Day Notification deadlines can be a strict condition precedent to recovering extensions of time and money. The treatment of such “time-bar” Clauses in international construction contracts varies commensurate with the evolution of the common-law and how Civil Codes interpret such Clauses.

This webinar analysed the points of deviation and consider whether coherent jurisprudence is feasible when viewed through the lens of FIDIC and other international forms of contract.
