CRCICA at the SCO Arbitration Forum

25 April 2025 | Urumqi, Xinjiang, China

The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) is pleased to announce its participation in the SCO Arbitration Forum, held on 25 April 2025 in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China. CRCICA was proudly represented by its very own Ms. Jaidaa Nassar, Case Manager.

Organized by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Forum brought together nearly 400 participants from 28 countries and regions, including 168 non-Chinese leaders from government bodies, courts, arbitration institutions, and bar associations. The event also achieved over 17 million livestream views across 32 countries and regions.

Praised for its topics, presentations, and excellent organization, the Forum received significant coverage from leading Chinese media, including People’s Daily and Xinhua News Agency.

Ms. Nassar’s participation at this prominent gathering  highlights CRCICA’s commitment to fostering international cooperation and strengthening ties within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) framework — and marks another step forward in deepening relations between CRCICA and leading institutions in China, while exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

CRCICA congratulates CIETAC on the Forum’s resounding success and looks forward to continued collaboration in the future.
