CRCICA’s Deputy Director was selected as a Mentor at AYA’s 2nd Edition of the Mentoring Programme for Young Arbitration Practitioners in Africa, while she acted as an Award Judge for Africa Arbitration Awards 2020.

In August 2020, Dr. Dalia Hussein, CRCICA’s Deputy Director, was selected as a mentor at the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA)’s 2nd Mentoring Programme for Young Arbitration Practitioners in Africa. The Programme provides 6 months mentoring by renowned arbitration experts drawn from international institutions and law firms across the world. This award-winning initiative was launched in 2018 and received wide recommendations from the arbitration community and great testimonials from participants. For more information, please visit:

Same month, Dr. Dalia Hussein, acted as an Award Judge for the Annual Africa Arbitration Awards (AAA), hosted by EAIAC committee on the sidelines of East Africa International Arbitration virtual Conference (EAIAC) 2020. The AAA aims to celebrate, recognise and honor outstanding practitioners and leaders in the Africa arbitration ecosystem.
