Sports Arbitration: CAS Hearing at CRCICA

 

As part of its role as sole Alternative Hearing Centre (AHC) in Africa for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), based in Switzerland, CRCICA hosted a CAS hearing during the end of March 2023. Other AHCs are located in Australia, China, Malaysia, the UAE and the USA.
