Xinghao Qi, a Chinese lawyer and a graduate of Technische Universität Dresden “TUD” (Germany), holding a Master of Laws Degree in Intellectual Property Law (LL.M.), joined the CRCICA’s Internship program from November 2019 until mid-February 2020. Xinghao Qi was engaged in, inter alia, extracting principles of the CRCICA’s arbitral awards, attending arbitration proceedings, and getting acquainted to the CRCICA’s case management.
